Who designs the cards?

I (Jessica) do! I design, print, package, and ship each card myself from our NYC home. I also design all of the apparel and gifts, and then submit the designs to a third party printer who print and ship those items.

Which organizations do you donate money to?

Tommy and I donate to NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center through the Gastrointestinal Oncology Research Department in NYC. We also donate to CancerCare.

I would like to guest write for The Better Blog! How do I submit?

I am always looking for new perspectives and stories to share on our blog. If you are interested (no writing/blogging experience required!) send an email to jessica@betterandcompany.com with the subject: GUEST WRITER

Do you offer card customization?

I love to accommodate customizations as much as I can. I will almost always edit text, and will occasionally edit drawings or designs. Just send me a message and I will see what I can do! jessica@betterandcompany.com

How long is your processing time?

1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

I do not guarantee delivery dates because of occasional USPS delays outside of my control, but I will do everything I can do ensure your order arrives on time.

Do you offer returns?

If there is an issue with your order, please send me a message and I will make sure to fix it! There are no returns on apparel or hats unless there is an issue, so please reference the sizing charts in the listings before ordering.
